Is something wrong? Don't worry, your purchased product on Lowprice24h is covered with a Guarantee at our Service Centre.

One Year Warranty for new products, Six Months Warranty for ex-demo products.

All products sold on Lowprice24h are covered by a 12-months warranty if they are new, 6-months warranty if they are ex-demo. The warranty starts from the date of purchase indicated on the commercial invoice issued after purchase. Any improper use or abuse of the products by the customer will invalidate the guarantee. If the goods are not defective after the examinations and analyse in our laboratory, the customer must pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods. The cost of returning the products to our service centre is under the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance. LowPrice24h is not responsible for any personal information left in the returned product and will not guarantee that it will be deleted. 

Are there any exceptions?

1) All perishable products such as batteries, touch screens, displays and other spare parts have a 3-months warranty

What happens if a product cannot be repaired?

If a product cannot be repaired it will be replaced with a new one immediately. If the purchased product is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative product in the same price category or we will refund the amount paid.

Caution

Before returning the goods to our service centre, please open a request (RMA) of repair from your account.
